The Burger Stand at College Hill

For its lunch special, Burger Stand is offering Homestyle Chicken Noodles and Mash, which features homemade noodles and broth, served over creamy mashed potatoes, for $7. A vegetarian lunch option is the Impossible BBQ Basket, featuring the Impossible Patty, “burnt end” veggies, creamy slaw with a side of crinkle cut fries for $10. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dinner options are Mushroom My Way: a house beef patty, topped with an herbed, pinot and mushroom-based bordelaise, Swiss cheese, hand-breaded onion rings and waffle fries for $11; or the Southern Hospitality, a vegetarian take on the traditional dinner staple, with black-eyed peas with smoked and cured mushroom bits, arugula greens warmed with truffle butter and a sweet jalapeno cornbread for $8. Dinner is served from 4 to 10 p.m.
