The Blue Moose will feature a two-course lunch special for $10. Options include Mac and Cheese Croquettes, with cavatappi pasta, smoked cheddar cheese and smoked tomato cream sauce; Pork Verde Empanadas with roasted jalapeno crema; or Wood-Roasted Broccolini Salad, sherry truffle vinaigrette, parmesan and toasted almonds. Second-course options are Pork Belly Tacos, house-cured pork belly on corn tortillas with sriracha aioli and slaw spicy pickled vegetables, served with black beans and chipotle rice; Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, grilled chicken with sherry vinaigrette, dried cherries, bacon and parmesan cheese; or short rib grilled cheese panini with spicy beef short rib, habanero pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, a tomato-bacon jam on two thick slices of sourdough bread and served with a side of french fries.
A three-course dinner is available for $30. In addition to the first course of Mac and Cheese Croquettes, Pork Verde Empanadas or Wood-Roasted Broccolini Salad, second course options are Hardwood Smoked Beef Ribs, marinated in a house-made espresso barbecue sauce and served with Palmetto Farms yellow corn grits; Kansas Pork Shoulder with a dark soy-rum glaze,spicy mustard sauce served with a side of crab-fried rice and wood-roasted broccolini; or Shrimp and Grits, grilled red shrimp with corn grits and a smoked tomato burre blanc. Dessert course is a choice of cinnamon roll; bread pudding collaboration, topped with brown sugar glaze with whipped butter; or Dark Chocolate-Chocolate Bliss, dark chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate buttercream and a dark chocolate Amarena cherry sauce.
